READ ME - KVHA Online Show Registration Instructions - THEN PRINT ME

Before you proceed to adding a show registration you should verify the details of any sub members and horses. You can verify that information in your Admin panel. Once you are comfortable with that information you can proceed below...

Add the new show to your registration list:

  1. Go to your Admin panel and click "Open Point Show Registration"
  2. Select the show date you want to register for (I would only do the most recent upcoming show)
  3. Click "Submit Show Registration"
  4. Look below and find the show registration you just added and then click the "Edit" link

Directions for updating show registration information:

  1. Enter Basic Details and hit UPDATE
  2. Select an available horse (it will list alphabetically all horses associated to your barn affiliation)
  3. Select "Stall" or "Trailer"
  4. Click "Add Horse"
  5. If you need to modify the stall/trailer selection just click the link to the right of the horse name you just added
  6. If the link says "stall" when clicked it will change to "trailer", and the reverse is true also.
  7. Repeat steps 4 thru 6 for each horse you want to add to this show
  8. Click "Add Class" next to the horse name
  9. DO NOT select any "B" classes as they are reserved for spits if necessary
  10. Click "Edit Entry" to go to the screen to modify class and rider details
  11. If you need to change the class/rider after your initial modification you may just want to DELETE it, and start over
  12. Repeat steps 7 and 8 to add as many class/rider combinations for each horse
  13. When wishing to delete a horse you must first delete all related class/rider combinations attached to that horse
  14. Click on the "Preview Show Invoice" link to review charges.
  15. When you are done print out a copy of the invoice and bring with you to the show office
  16. MAKE SURE you check in at the show office to verify your registration details and to get back numbers

NOTE: If you get an error when processing a page hit your browsers back button to the page previous to the one that caused the problem. Refresh. Then try again following the directions above.
